• Good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated skills in creating compelling messages, analyzing, researching, reporting, writing and presenting
• Should be a team player
• Self-starter with high energy and confidence
• Good communication and marketing skill
• Prepare monthly Plan of maintenance schedule and daily duty roster as per the weekly/fortnightly production schedule and ensure their execution after approval
