Job Description

Experience: 4+ years work experiences in payment gateway preferably in banking sector

General Responsibility:

  • Provide supervisory, identify training needs and build a strong team to ensure timely payments
  • Developing business cases, Project Road Maps and Operating Model to implement complex solutions and systems for financial institutions 
  • Provided organizational vision, monitor and understand dynamic business environment generate creative strategic option in response to environment changes, and base business effort on sustainable competitive advantage 
  • Developing Business Strategies provides the knowledge and understanding needed to generate and implement such a strategy
  • Leading business development activities including opportunity identification / Qualification, proposal development presentation and so on 
  • Making, building and sustaining strong client relationships
  • Implications for strategic planning
  • Build strong marketing growth strategies
  • Develop good marketing strategy within inside and outside valley
  • Able to bring target set by management
  • Strong Fund In – Out status control
  • Add new vendor and merchant

Job Specification:

  • Two wheeler with valid license.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software. This includes Microsoft programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Ability to document procedures that are easily understood by others
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Candidate preferred with a strong communication skills are a must
  • Ability to generate expense and other financial reports in excel
  • Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Nepali
  • Ability to work in a team
