Job Specification

Education Level : Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Other Specification
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferably in Sales & Marketing along with 3 Years of work experience in any Business related field
  • Strong leadership and strategic skills with professional maturity and strategic thinking
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills
  •  Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Prepares reports & follows a reporting system
  • Self-driven, independent minded and goal-oriented
  • Must possess a 2-wheeler (Motorbike or Scooter) and valid license

Note: Excellent Monthly Salary, Incentives and Communication expenses will be provided to the desired candidate

Job Description

  • This position will be responsible for leading Bancassurance Team, deliver Bank’s Insurance business target with good leadership & management qualities
  • Responsible for delivering insurance revenue targets through multiple branch operations by working closely with Bank’s Branch Networks to generate potential leads and business
  • Direct dealing and closing of insurance deals through Bank’s corporate accounts and High Net Worth Individuals
