  • Strong in internal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS-office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and accounting applications

  • Fluent in Nepali and English 

Job Description

The Officer Accounts and Finance is responsible for financial book keeping and accounting records of the company. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Enter all the accounting records and ensure that they are duly and properly recorded and filed
  • Manage the accounting data and co-ordinate with project in charge from various properties/lodges
  • Ensure that the advances are duly settled on time
  • Ensure that the stock at site are in line with the accounting software
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Maintain relationships with banks and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that all the statutes regarding taxation and company has been duly complied with
  • Comply the provisions regarding VAT, TDS, CRO, Department of Industries and other as necessary
