A) Commission Report preparation for All Line of Business

• Responsible for monthly commission payment  report preparation of general policies
  
• Responsible for monthly commission payment  of Credit Care and Rural Credit Insurance Business
  
• Responsible for monthly commission payment of Employee Benefits Business
  
• Responsible for co-ordination with various banks for the commission payment 
  
• Responsible for Monthly Commission Reconciliation
  
• Responsible for MIS Commission co-ordination with Banc assurance Channel.
  
• Handle long-term outstanding  agent commission 
  

B) Monthly Report Preparation

• Responsible for Monthly Field Forces/Agency/Unit Performance Report Preparation
  
• Responsible for Monthly Manpower Report Preparation
  
• Responsible for Sales Quality Dashboard Preparation
  

C) Preparation of Contest and Convention Result and Payment

• Responsible for preparation of contest and convention result 
  
• Responsible Monthly/Annually Field Forces Bonuses Calculation and Payment
  

D) Any Other job assigned by manager/supervisor from time-to-time

Requirement: Proficient in Ms Excel with accounting background will be added advantage

Educational Description: Master’s Degree (mandatory) in any faculty 

Age: 25 years or above
