Job Description

  • Maintain the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties
  • Handle office schedules, organize files and update event calendars
  • Co-ordinate appointments, short meetings and visits
  • Perform other essential tasks as per the necessity in different functions and events
  • Supervise other clerical staff
  • Handle correspondence i.e. telephones, mails and e-mails
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate conference room/venue schedules
  • Assemble background materials in advance and set up the meeting space
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes or summaries of the meeting outcomes
  • Prepare and edit documents
  • Maintain databases and filing systems
  • Handle Petty Cash/Maintain inventory
