Job Description

  • Maintaining customer database to regularly following them up regarding work, payment, inquiry, and anything that requires strengthening the relationship between customer and a company
  • He/she has to also fill a gap between founders and the team. Doing everything to make sure the team is happy and the founder is updated
  • The office manager has to also make sure every basic thing in an office is going fine and each individual team is performing their duty, organizing regular meetings
  • Supervising the end product and making sure its what the client has opted the service for
  • Multiple projects are run by the same company so office manager has to be able to handle this well and also at times work under the pressure.
