• Receive, direct and convey telephone messages
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries appropriately
• Greet and assist visitors
• Scheduling appointments for Directors or HoD's whenever necessary
• Keep proper record of office logistics and update it periodically
• Ensure the smooth performance of all office equipments that including Internet, Electricity, computers, printers, TV, Camera etc.
