Office Assistant

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support and services as requested.
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, maintaining files
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
  • Other duties may be assigned as per work requirements.

Other Specification

  • Minimum intermediate (+2) completed
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Should have good presentation and communication skills
  • A complete knowledge of MS Office [MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
  • Fluently in English and Nepali Language
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult clients
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • A fast learner and ability to switch roles when and if needed
