  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Job Description

IBB Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (IBBEC) is looking for an Office Assistant to join our office in Balaju. In this role, the person will play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming and productive environment. The person will also get the chance to interact with various clients and colleagues. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Keep track of office supplies and renew stock when necessary. 
  • Visit banks and clients when necessary.
  • Travel to sites when required and perform surveys/measurements, take note of site location and coordinates and take pictures. 
  • Send and receive, and keep track of, emails and attachments to and from customers and clients. 
  • Keep track of client details & documents, and requests from banks.
  • Keep track of payment details, follow up with clients for matters relating to payment and documents, and visit clients to receive documents & payments when and if necessary.   

Remuneration:
Remuneration is based on company policy and includes provisions for bonuses, paid and unpaid leaves.
