Experience Required : More than 3 years

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinator post in Administration field.
  • Master's degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative or operational roles, with a track record of effective leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate operations and industry-specific regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Note: Real estate and construction background needed compulsory.


Job Description

  • Acting as a liason between operational team members and MD
  • Delegating operational tasks to appropriate team members and follow up
  • Monitoring timesheets and work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time
  • Task Management, follow up, coordination and documentation
  • Handling all the processes of organization with accuracy and timelineness
