Job Description

Perform preliminary assessment of customer requirements.
Assist the sales team to prepare technical proposals.
Secure network design.
Install and maintain network and security device at customer sites.
Provide technical support to customers.
Submit daily job reports, projects reports in due time.
Perform R and D work on any given network and security technology.
Prepare and conduct product training to customers and staff.
Maintain good working knowledge about network and security applications.
Research and develop required solution for customers.
Perform all other technical duties as assigned.
