Network Administration:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Support network security measures and ensure compliance with policies.

Server Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers running on Windows and Linux.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with IT team members to address complex technical challenges.
• Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with other team members and departments to understand their IT needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve IT services.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with server administration, both Windows and Linux.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
