Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire set-up and execution of sales and marketing plan for the business.
  • To maintain high sales and profitability while following a commercially sound business plan and company vision.
  • Nationwide channel partner (distributors/wholesalers/retailers) build-up and management of solid, professional and productive relationship.
  • Selecting, coaching, motivating and monitoring a professional sales team to execute and exceed goals and targets for overall growth.
  • Outlines effective sales strategy and makes comprehensive financial analysis to study the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of the plan.
  • Makes informative and effective reporting MIS from the subordinates and reports to the Senior Leadership Team of the Company
  • Forecasts and establishesrealistic and challenging sales and coverage targets for based on researched market trends
  • Identifies shortcomings in a marketing plan and makes adjustments as needed
  • Develops, executes, monitors and analyzes effectiveness ofallmarketing promotions including ATL, BTL & TTL
  • Oversees the budget for the company’s sales force
  • Develops HR policies and procedures relating to the sales and marketing team
  • Networks with potential customers and business partners for improvement in current and future business
  • Makes effective travel plans for business and obtains desired objectives
  • Track field performance and rollout success by recording sales activity on a regular basis
  • Is aligned with the Company’s vision, mission and targets and is an effective team player
  • All other responsibilities of a National Sales Manager not mentioned in the above

Minimum Work Experience:

  • 10 years or progressive experience with prominent FMCG brands (Preferably in prominent liquor brands)

Salary: Negotiable
