Job Description

Managing Sales & Distribution

  • Achieve primary & secondary sales target of the designated territory
  • Monitoring of beats, coverage, sales call productivity & overall sales & distribution system of designated territory.
  • Monitor display outlets, permanent display outlets & visit key stockiest & key accounts of the market.
  • Guide & monitoring merchandising activities so as to improve company’s presence/visibility in the marker.
  • Managing entire trade channels & keep in touch with major contributing stockiest/trade partners.
  • Analyze market, competition, territory & business opportunity area. Drive sustainable business growths.
  • Part in business planning in coordination with various schemes/HOS and ensure effective implementation. 
  • Guide & make responsible all team members to make business success. 

Stockiest Management

  • Ensure overall business hygiene at every channels.
  • Guide & ensure required S&D infrastructure in the designated territory.
  • Monitor & ensure healthy returns-ROI of business partners.
  • Monitor & ensure  timely submission & crediting claims of all stockiest
  • Guide & monitor stock inventory as per the policy/plan at every HQs & stockiest points.
