The successful candidate will be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in a fast-paced environment
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Camera: Lighting, lensing, exposure, composition, and framing
Audio: Live sound recording and postproduction
Lighting: Studio lighting, podcast setup, ability to work with a combination of both natural and artificial light
Asset management
Have an excellent eye for visual images and colour, a proven knowledge of the video editing software and hardware platforms that you operate, and a deep understanding of current broadcast and audio-visual technical specifications. Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
Experience encoding and publishing video to social platforms
Works to personal and team KPIs
Have the capability to understand compliance and restrictions in financial services offering
Superior organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to show initiative, work collaboratively, prioritise work requirements, consult appropriately and respond to direction
Willingness to learn and understand the business and internal processes
Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload

Lead post-production for Everest TV’s programs
Create motion graphics and video content for Everest TV
Create content using postproduction video and audio for social media and website content
Create, optimise, and format artwork for social media, digital advertising, and website purposes
Edit recorded video to tell concise, visually pleasing stories
Design videos in conjunction with the Marketing Team, including but not limited to promotional material, social media material, etc.
Content Creation of marketing videos for brand products
Create a livestream with OBS
