About Gender Transformative WASH Project: Gender Transformative WASH project is a 5 year project including 9 months inception phase. The project is funded by Dutch Government to contribute in Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) program through safe water, sanitation and hygiene. The project has 3 core strategies: (1) increasing demand for improved WASH facilities and practices, (2) improving the quality of service provision and (3) improving governance of the sector. The project is implementing in two districts (Sindhuli and Sunsari) in Nepal.

Purpose: This position holder will be responsible to design and implement the Monitoring and Evaluation framework of the project. S/he will ensure that the project upholds its strategic vision and Theory of Change (TOC), and its activities in the achievement of intended outcomes and result in an efficient, effective and timely manner. S/he will be required to develop, maintain and update project management information system (MIS) by developing and using gender transformative monitoring tools (GWMT).
Term and Location: Fixed term employment for 3 years based at Country Office Lalitpur with the possibility of extension up to project tenure.
