Job Description

The role will be to collect, compile, analyse and verify the information collected from community in a way that provides accurate and valid information and database to provide necessary support for developing periodic baseline, evaluation and monitoring process in order to improve the quality of information & project management and through improved monitoring and accountability system in the programme areas

  • Prepare and Design Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for projects and programs
  • Support in finalizing minimum standards of activities.
  • Ensure Accountability (bottom to top & top to bottom) and incorporate Learning
  • Lead / support while investigating complaints / suggestions / feedbacks
  • MEAL Quality Monitoring Field visits
  • Ensure and Update Project Action Plan Tracker.
  • Generate MEAL report
