NLR Nepal is a not-for-profit national organisation registered under Company Registration Act of Nepal in 2018. NLR is a member of NLR Alliance led by NLR Netherlands for providing technical and financial support to leprosy and disability programmes in seven countries including Nepal.
NLR in Nepal, works closely with the government and non-government stakeholders and partners to eradicate leprosy from the country and to make all development initiatives inclusive to people affected by leprosy and disability. NLR Nepal consists of 18 staff members and located at Sankhamul Marga, New Banewhwor Kathmandu with its field offices in Biratnagar and Dhangadhi covering province one and Sudur Pashchim Pradesh.

Under the overall guidance of the Country Director and the DD-PM, the M&E Officer will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of NLR Nepal Program and its projects. The M&E officer will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Program and Project; assisting the line manager in preparing Quarterly/Annual reports on project progress and will monitor the project activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the management information system of the Project and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities in line with Outcome Mapping Approach. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work in close collaboration with the Program and project team, Boundary Partners and Government officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
