Ability to initiate and implement activities with minimal supervision and manage high volume work flow with multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Nepali. Experience with MIS, GIS and M&E systems, including data collection and analysis. Excellent interpersonal relationship. Strong team player, resourceful and ability to work with Nepalese and expatriates.
M&E Officer (MEO) is responsible for providing support to Strategic Information Unit including monitoring and evaluation of the existing programs, data collection, analysis and reporting, development of tools, mapping and training. MEO will support the SI Unit to provide technical assistance for monitoring and evaluation to the National HIV/AIDS Program under the National Center for AIDS and STD Control (NCASC), HASCB and the HIV programs.
