  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills to maintain existing clients and attract new ones.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel daily, work flexible hours, and adapt to new markets and customers.
  • Driving License: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for regular client visits.

Job Description

As a Modern Trade Field Sales Staff at Himaida Nepal, you will play a key role in driving our sales operations by engaging with clients daily, promoting our products, and ensuring smooth logistics coordination. You will also be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering excellent customer service.

Field Sales & Client Visits

  • Daily travel to meet clients in various sectors (e.g., organic stores, gyms, tourist destinations).
  • Promote and sell products, ensuring optimal placement and sales.
  • Generate sales through strong techniques, maintaining existing relationships and expanding markets.

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Manage stock availability at partner outlets, coordinating with supply chain for timely replenishment.
  • Track daily sales, report to the Sales Manager, and ensure smooth order execution.

New Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Explore new markets, develop leads, and expand customer networks.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor competitors, gather customer feedback, and track market trends to inform sales strategies.

Promotions & Events

  • Participate in expos, conduct product demos, and work with marketing to increase brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong client relationships, handle queries, and engage with stakeholders.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting marketing, supply chain, and research activities.

Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Reporting To: Manager/CEO
