Job description

We are looking for a creative and collaborative UI/UX Designer who can keep the user at the center of our designs. You will work closely with our development team to turn requirements into great user experiences.

You will be responsible for interaction design by utilizing discovery and analysis, user research, information architecture, and interaction skills. You must be able to create impactful change through functional, intuitive and efficient user experiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Working with our clients and able to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet those needs and vision.
• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to usable, effective, and efficient user experiences
• Working with the frontend developers to create UI for the product.
• HTML and CSS slicing for the product.
• Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed, identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and other quality factors.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve the best user experience possible for the given scenario.
• Proficiency in sketching, creating flows, wireframing, sitemaps, interaction definition, and clickable prototypes
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX work
