The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Associate will be responsible to provide support to the MERL team of DFAT funded Subnational Governance Program on regular data collection, analysis, progress, and learning to track as planned in the MEL plan and support on other administrative tasks with the supervision of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer; and overall guidance and direction from the MERL Director.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in development studies, international relations, public policy, political science, economics, law, or another relevant discipline with a minimum of two years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Research programs.
