Must have Bachelor's degree or higher in an MEP engineering discipline
3-5 years of e xperience in coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing or life safety design, coordination and construction
Experience in managing tasks multiple stakeholders
Broad knowledge of mechanical / electrical / life safety engineering infrastructure and coordination strategy with focus on mechanical design
High level of understanding of construction contracts and architectural agreements, specifications etc.
Extensive Revit / Modeling experience
Experience of MEP load modeling
Analytical / research experience a major plus

Report to the Head of MEP
Provide task management for the MEP design tasks and initiatives and standards for regional deployment
Interface directly with architectural and engineering teams to identify key process and CAPEX issues
Be involved in MEP Revit integration
Assist new project teams in delivering existing and new product lines
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that leased spaces are delivered to expected conditions per agreement with landlords and investors
Incorporate understanding of local and national building codes into process and standards information
Work with internal architectects, designers and BIM specialists to develop standards
Manage and solve technical issues that come up across construction trades and across the project lifetime
Independently research potential paths to improving product via such means as efficiency studies, technological improvements, etc.
