Reporting to: Sr Manager

Responsible for all documentation and other process implementation for broker/Member /Partner creation
Responsible for Broker/Member/Partner activation
Support Broker/Member/Partner for all their correspondence and updates to and through exchange
Maintain and coordinate with compliance department for all member compliance
Other support functions as required
