Work Responsibility for Doctors:

1. To provide online consultation to users of Product/Content/Services offered by Company as per the guidelines of medical authorities, tele-medicine laws & Company’s process and protocols.

a. Online Consultation includes:

• Addressing to online queries over  telephonic chat/live chat
• Patient education on digital media using online tools for consultation
• Ensuring maintenance of TAT of patient's queries
• Issuing e-prescription to the patients following company prescribed protocols & as per the prescribed medical guidelines

b. Case Management:

• Create health profiles for each patient and maintaining details in Company’s prescribed format.
• Evaluate medical reports & provide medically correct interpretation
• Evaluate chronic cases & provide second opinion as and when required
• Escalate difficult cases where extra care is needed
• Interacting with senior doctors for case discussion

c. Counsel, advise & motivate users to avail paid services of TDO which may include but not limited to calling customers for tele-sales of TopDoctorsOnline products

2. To provide online consultation / messages support on alternate platforms of TDO such as Facebook, WhatsApp etc. as per Company’s process and protocols.

3. To support Company’s marketing team on various initiatives from time to time and as asked by the Company.

• Providing management with relevant reports and information as and when required in Microsoft office formats such as MS excel, Power point etc.
• Conducting corporate medical camps from promotion and sales of TDO service

• To work under the guidelines of reporting manager and create content as specified
• To work under the guidelines of reporting manager and proof read / audit / edit existing content as specified
• To work under the guidelines of reporting manager and help in testing/audit of products/services as specified
