Job Role: 

The Master juicer will be department head of central juicing operations and should manage the resources in the unit to fulfill company objectives.

Responsibilities: 

• Create juice menus and programs which include what types of juice to offer, calculate nutrition value per serving, creating mixes and blends. This includes fruit and vegetable selections and addons items
• Manage inventory and supplies by forecasting and keeping track of which drinks are most in-demand
• Hire and manage staffs, conducts training and create schedules for entire juicing operations
• Generate and manage cost reports and output reports
