We are expanding our presence and seeking dynamic Marketing Officers to drive our marketing initiatives and increase our market share in Eastern and Western Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MyPower products in the designated area.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, retailers, and partners to expand our market presence.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Organize and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present marketing reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
• Manage social media platforms and online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field/Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior in the respective regions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
