Job Description

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to market our bench candidates and place them for various corp to corp IT positions across the united states.

Bench Sales Recruiter’s responsibilities include corp to corp resume marketing, Hotlist posting, cold calling, communicating with vendors and candidates, representing Carotid with various business partners.

Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive by placing our elite IT professionals with fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing of Cerotid inc. IT talents
Hotlists postings, cold calling, resume postings on multiple recruiting sources
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers of vendor/ prime vendor companies to fulfill their requirements by submitting qualified candidates of Cerotid Inc.
Review resumes for specific skill sets and determines and submits the candidate’s profile to the clients’.
Interact directly with candidates to submit their profile, schedule interviews as requested by clients
Representing Cerotid Inc. and serving as the main point of contact for candidates.
Communicate with the managers and candidates about their submission and client’s feedback on it.
Maintaining vendor information, record and report the daily submission reports.
Maintain excellent relationships with both direct business partners and candidates
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly placement goals.
Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Understand and learn the basic fundamentals of the US IT market and recruitment process.
