Job Description

  • Mobilize self and other marketing officers in the field
  • Identifying potential clients through research 
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
  • Managing appointments and meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the marketing officers and other colleagues
