Working proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
Good understanding and, preferably, experience with a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc
Preferably with photography and design skills
Project Management experience
Excellent in team work and delegation skills
Good sales skill
Experience in commercial marketing
Skilled in usage of common software packages, for data processing, communication and internet
Proven knowledge on spreadsheet, word and power point presentations
Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills and communication skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to implement management directives with little direct supervision
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environment

NOTE: Frequent travel is need for the position

Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio; or any means of communications
Writing and proofreading copy
Liaising with designers and printers
Organizing and or coordinating with the event management companies for the special events
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
Managing marketing budgets
Evaluating marketing campaigns
Monitoring competitor activity
Supporting the marketing manager or coordinator and other colleagues
