Job Description

Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers in the respective market area. This candidate will be responsible for expanding Cement sales coverage and reach.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding current customer base, Brand building,Advertising
  • Educating prospective and existing client base on the benefits and features of the company's products and services
  • Effectively delivering marketing and sales presentations to key decision makers within organizations
  • Manage and monitor the budget for the region with full P&L responsibility
  • Additionally develop a strategic plan for assigned region by segmenting, allocating and deploying resources, establishing targets, quotas and forecasting of expenses
  • Participating in and offering expertise to employees in all phases in contract execution
  • Upholding strong client relationships and maintaining contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Providing customer support by acting as the point of contact for troubleshooting specific customer problems
  • Achieving specified revenue and/or profit margin targets for assigned region
  • Regularly communicating with upper management on market strategy
  • Assisting Sales & Marketing team on implementing and developing sales strategies to fit geographic and prospective customer needs
  • Developing and facilitating long and short term sales goals
  • Monitoring the business activities of major competitors, analyzing their results and identifying their strategies
