Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Professional Skill Required : Marketing Communication Presentation Leadership Time Management
Other Specification
  • Bachelor's in engineering is highly preferable.
  • At least three years of experience required. 
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, and technical fields.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English, and Nepali, Hindi is optional.  

Note:

  • Candidates having technical knowledge (Preferably B.Tech Engineers) with at least Three years of Experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

  • Candidate will receive hands on training for products and services
  • They will go through technical knowledge transfer for the products and equipments.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Being in regular touch with the existing customer to know if there's any service or consumable products required.
  • Closing AMC deal with the existing and proposed customers.
  • Conversion of any enquiry into Sales.
  • Looking for new upcoming projects in industry, institution, homes and communities.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
