Our 22 rooms Jungle Resort is built on 70 ropanis of land along the Narayani River across Chitwan National Park. The property also boasts a 100 person’s capacity Conference Hall. It is just 1 hour drive from Bharatpur Airport and 5.5 hours drive from Kathmandu.

Job Description

  • Able to accomplish marketing and sales human resource objectives by: training, coaching, communicating, planning, monitoring, disciplining, reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by: contributing marketing and sales information to the strategic plan through research and analysis, preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards, resolving problems, identifying trends and implementing change
  • Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs and developing field sales action plans. Good inter personal and communication skills
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements, defining markets, competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and coordinating new product development
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts/clients by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities
  • Protect organizational values by keeping information confidential
  • Be flexible to take on duties of other departments when needed
