• At least MBA - Marketing is preferable, Experience- Minimum Seven Years, Age- 35 Years Plus, Two Wheeler's license is compulsory with Sound Health
• Capacity to work in stress to meet the target, settling the issues, dealing with vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, addressing the grievances gently; good enough negotiating capacity
• Good enough capable to handle online/offline national and international meeting with the seniors and stakeholders, good knowledge of corporate system
• Should have appreciable documentation and IT skills for online/offline marketing, online/webinars, soft materials preparation and production for marketing with Nepali Typing Skills, web-surfing, and related Softwires
• Should have good leadership capacity to lead and manage the team/sub-ordinates for maximum result, should ready to work overtime. Should be ready to visit outside the Kathmandu Valley to develop and monitor the projects
• Other duties as assigned
