Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within an organization. Works to develop areas such as marketing management, product development, distribution channel management, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research, and customer service.
- Development of the annual marketing plan, including the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve corporate and marketing goals.
- Experience in Branding, Products, Pricing, and Marcoms. Strong B2C and B2B experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering high value projects is essential.
- Responsible for marketing strategy, long-range subscriber acquisition & retention programs
- Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.
- Oversee the development of new products.
- Create product roadmap.
- Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.
- Development, launch and optimization of all subscriber basic and value-added products & services
- Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Managing marketing budgets for the Department.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Masters Degree or Equivalent
- Over 8 years of experience and 3 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications
- Should have background in a high volume consumer focused environment
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
