We are looking to build a core marketing team. We are looking for a candidate that has learning and execution potential. As a startup we are forming our identity through our product, we need people who can get behind our vision and identify with our brand. Needless to say, the position will be challenging with one person leading a team of three people to brand the product, advertise it and set sales targets that will be met. 

• Work with the Marketing Manager to create and update the Hotel's Marketing & PR calendar, ensuring all activities are being executed on time and within budget
• Create successful marketing campaigns for individual hotels and the group, with appropriate content across each channel
  
• Support social media streams (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.), working with our hotels to ensure consistency and increase engagement and exposure
  
• Create content for email marketing and tracking success
• Promote and ensure a positive and consistent representation and act as the brand guardian for the organization
• Responsible for successfully implementing strategies to increase revenue via all marketing channels
