The Mid-Level Marketing Staff at an advertisement company will be responsible for supporting the  development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. They will work under the guidance of  senior marketing staff and assist with market research, production of marketing materials, and analysis of  campaign results. 

Key responsibilities:  

• Assisting with the development of marketing plans and campaigns 
• Conducting market research and gathering data to support marketing initiatives 
• Supporting the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production teams 
• Monitoring and tracking campaign results and providing regular reporting to senior marketing  staff 
• Participating in the planning and execution of events and promotions 
• Assisting with the management of the company's social media accounts and website
