• Manage Daraz's Hub and D-force agents
  
• Coordinate with external agencies for offline marketing
  
• Coordinate to facilitate agents and direct work task to them
  
• Monitor performance of agents to ensure sales target are met 
  
• Set revenue targets and make plans to achieve it
  
• Review performance on weekly/monthly basis and put necessary actions to achieve targets
  
• Conduct necessary programs to attract more agents and address their concerns
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering with minimum One years of experience in Sales or Marketing role
  
• Able to handle a team
  
• Good communication skill
  
• Willing to travel  
  
• Must have own vehicle and driving license
  
• Extensive knowledge of Offline Marketing
