Job Description

Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for building the category and managing the team to meet the requirements of the company. You will be the one responsible for the pricing and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer appeal. Relationships with vendors and product range management will also be part of your duties.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of current trends of women’s fashion and a projection of what women’s fashion products have the capacity to trend in the future
  • Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
  • Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
  • Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services
  • Ensure product availability meets consumer demands
  • Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
  • Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Master’s Degree in Management or related discipline with minimum two years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong technical, process and solution-oriented skills and mindset required
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Marketing brain with an eye for women’s fashion
  • Focus on execution, efficiency, and scalability
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping industry highly desired
