Reporting to: Project Director / Managing Director

Subordinate: Project Engineers / Supervisors

Location: Head Office / Nominated sites

Purpose of the position:

To execute various works related to transmission & distribution line works under the direction of project director / managing director aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

Responsibilities and duties:

The Sr. Manager (TL) is responsible for, but not limited to these:

• Survey, check survey related works
  
• Supervision work during entire construction process (Survey, foundation, erection, stringing etc)
  
• Documentation, as built drawings, billing, quality survey etc.
  
• Testing & commissioning related works
  
• Quality assurance related works 
  
• Compliances of environmental, health & safety standards (EHS).
  
• Compliances of ISO quality management system
  
• Other related works

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• EHS goals
  
• Timely completion of project
  
• Cost project completion within the budget
  
• Quality meeting all requirement as per project requirement
  
• Customer satisfaction rating
  

Academic & trades qualifications:

• Bachelor in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering specializes in transmission line activities or above
  

Work experience

• At least 3 year of experience at the same post or 5 years of experience in similar field
  

Essential skills, abilities & knowledge:

• Able to handle and operate survey equipment like TS & GPS
  
• Able to design various foundations, quantity survey, estimation
  
• Able to work under pressure
  
• Willing to take challenges
  
• Willing to work at sites
  
• Good reporting skills
  
• Excellent in Auto Cad
  
• Excellent in Microsoft office etc.
