Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager/Sr. Manager/ Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our PEB solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the construction or manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the PEB division, aligning with the company’s overall business goals and market opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and performance expectations. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team capabilities and drive results.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and developing relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support the successful delivery of projects and client solutions.
  • Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations and close significant deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
