Duty Station:  Head office at Kathmandu with extensive travel

Roles & Responsibility: The role will be responsible for monitoring various projects/programs being implemented by CRS, either through self- funding or through funding support/grants received from any donor organization(s). 
The role will monitor the activities under various project that result in the achievement of its intended output in a cost effective and timely manner, in line with the overall strategic vision of the program. This is a middle management position that reports to the Managing director and is primarily responsible for monitoring all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output. Applicants must be Nepali citizen and should be less than 40 year.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics

Preferred / Additional Qualification

• Master Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics Statistics

Professional Experiences

• At least 5 years of Experience in the design & implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs of which 2 years should be on Managerial position for the same.
• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports
• Knowledge or relevant / any specific software for M&E data analysis, and MIS

Preferred / Additional Experience

• In depth knowledge on MIS, M&E and development issues
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with sensitivity to and responsiveness  to all partners, including donors and project staff
