  • Qualification: Minimum of Graduate in Management Science specialized in Marketing & Communication or equivalent degree from recognized university.

  • Experience at business development/marketing & communication in ISP /ICT Industry. 
  • Thorough understanding in devising business strategy and preparing marketing and communication plan for outcome based performance. 
  • Experience at scanning competitive business environment and formulate strategy with competitive edge accordingly. 
  • Should have the sufficient job knowledge and exposures managing digital media communication. 
  • Should have a sufficient job exposures leading and supervising nationwide business network.  
  • Having the proven track record in achieving business target set by the companies. 
  • Should be capable of identifying business risk, assessing and evaluating such risk and preparing a mitigation plan for effective risk management. 

Job Description

  • Prepare business strategy documents for NSP/ISP and IPTV portfolios of the company as one of the key proponents in mid-level management. 
  • Streamline and consolidate existing business development process setting a performance benchmark. 
  • Assist Finance Department preparing a business plan, annual budget and setting a business target from each portfolios of business. 
  • Offset a given target in each business portfolio ensuring overall performance efficiency. 
  • Devise a right marketing and promotional plan through conventional as well as digital  media.  
  • Develop a strong business relationship and rapport with local business partners. 
  • Groom and mentor subordinate colleagues for outcome based performance. 
  • Conduct a performance evaluation of employee under his/her line function on a periodic basis. 
  • Establish a prudent reporting mechanism in different business hierarchy.  
  • Submitting MIS report to the management on a periodic basis.
