Job Description

  • Visit colleges/institutions/colleges/another educational sector to promote our service.
  • Gather interested students from colleges/institutions/ colleges/another educational.
  • Counselling the interested students regarding different courses available.
  • Evaluate information from students on previous training (if any) and identify areas of changes.
  • Delegate training tasks to the Trainers(new or old) and evaluate their performances.
  • Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques for future reference.
  • Notify enrolled students about training details, like information of trainer, training timing, schedule of the training, changes in training routine etc.
  • Recommend training materials and methods.
  • Order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the training.
  • Update management regarding overall activities performed, achievements etc.
  • Research curriculum actively and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar field or similar industry. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments. 
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite. 
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards of customer service.
