Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited is a "special category" Bank in Nepal, promoted jointly by the Government of Nepal, Financial Institutions and Private Sector. The prime objective of the bank is to foster economic development by investing in infrastructure and offering finance and allied services to the infrastructure projects. The Bank is looking for energetic, result oriented and dynamic candidates to join us in following positions:

Managerial Level

A. Head- Engineering and Infrastructure Feasibility Department: (Manager / Senior Manager) (Required No.1), Manager- Engineering and Infrastructure Feasibility Department (Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager) (Required No.1)

The candidate will be responsible to play pivotal role in developing, evaluating, designing large projects and also developing feasibility & detailed project report (DPR) projection for government / public / private entities as per the strategy of the bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering / Management / Finance
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience for Head and 8 years' experience for Manager, in infrastructure projects of which at least 5 years’ experience in large project designing, evaluation and implementation.

B. Head- Infrastructure Financing Department: ( Manager / Senior Manager) (Required No.1),  Manager- Infrastructure Financing Department (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) (Required No.1)

The candidate will be responsible in developing bank's strategy for extending loans and advances, monitoring and evaluation of funded projects and recovery of loan. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering / Management / Finance
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience for Head and 8 years’ experience for Manager, in infrastructure projects, of which at least 5 years’ experience in extending loans and advances, monitoring and evaluation of funded projects and/or recovery of loan in commercial bank.

C. Company Secretary (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) (Required No. 1)

The candidate will directly report to the Board and Chief Executive Officer. The candidate will be responsible in ensuring effective board meeting proceedings, advising board on legal matters and offering complete legal solution to the Bank. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree in Law / International Law
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking Sector

D. Head- Risk Management (Manager /Senior Manager) (Required No. 1)

The candidate will be responsible to develop a full-fledged Risk Management System inside the Bank that works for Risk Identification, Risk Measurement, Risk Mitigation and Risk Monitoring across the Banks' Business. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in “A” class Bank, of which at least 5 years of experience in Risk Management

E. Head- Treasury, Finance & Operations Department (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) (Required No.1)

The candidate will be responsible to direct and oversee the functions relating to central operations, trade services operations, treasury operations and finance of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree in Banking / Finance / Management
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in “A” class Bank of which at least 5 years in a senior role in operations management

F. Head- Investment and Structured Product Development (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) (Required No.1)

The candidate will be responsible to develop bank’s strategy for long term and short-term fund acquisition, structured products development and investment. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree in Banking / Finance / Management 
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial bank of which at least 5 years' experience in financial product development and management of long term and short-term funds of the Bank

G. Head- Human Resources and Administration Department (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) (Required No.1)

The candidate will be responsible for the overall Human Resources Management and also handle all administrative functions to ensure efficient functioning of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree in Management  
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in “A” class Bank  with at least 5 years in human resource and/or administration functions 

H. Head- Information Technology Department (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) (Required No.1)

The candidate will be responsible to ensure smooth, uninterrupted functioning of Bank's Information Technology (IT) system by identifying and implementing new, appropriate, cost effective technology to enhance staff productivity and bank's performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT) 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in “A” class Bank with at least 5 years' experience in the related field
