Management Trainee is an entry level position who will undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up managerial positions upon successful completion of the training period. Selected candidates shall be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.

Prerequisites for applying:

• Master’s degree in Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.25 at the post – graduate level and minimum 50% marks at all under-graduate levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards and age not exceeding 28 years as of November 22, 2016.
• Candidates awaiting final results at the post-graduate level may also apply.
