Reports to : Line Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Business Development Team to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and extend support in garbing new opportunities
• Generate leads through various marketing tools like cold calling, direct marketing, email campaigns, and other social media
• Conduct marketing-related research including, but not limited to, research on prospective clients, current market conditions, marketing events, and competitor information
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Develop a strong pipeline of business using various methods of business development
• Plan regular follow-ups, set-up meetings along with clients on requirement understanding, organizing demos to provide effective solutions
• Respond to customer inquiries, and serve as an important source of customer and product information
• Any other activities assigned by the line manager
