Role Brief:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee's relations with 3PL, dealers and end users to address organizational efforts and initiatives in fulfilling customer demanded quality products. 

Role Description:

Our Logistics Manager will oversee all aspects of organizational supply chain and warehousing practices required for the logistics of manufacturing and distributing beverages. This individual will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through resources management, performance management, training & development, and warehouse facilities management services. 

Responsibilities:

• Nurture a positive working environment. Ensure legal supply chain compliances.
• Need strong problem solving skills and multitask for delivery. Work on data analysis support and implementation.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 
• Report to management and provide decision support through supply chain metrics. Develop daily reports and improvement per identified metrics.
• Manage warehouse locations and locator using ERP and manual trainings. Perform planning, forecasting and executing shipments of containers, product pallets and packages used in the manufacturing of beverages. 
• Coordinate quality needs from customers with lab and operations team. 
• Manage and Oversee inventory according to company guidelines. Maintain accurate inventory records including transfers and cycle counts. Analyze inventory ageing and FIFO to maintain inventory health in perishable environment. Confirm pick/pack integrity with FIFO – daily reporting vs. allocations.
• Reassign inventory locations and analyze reroute to maximize product consumption.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound truck logistics, freight pricing for customers. Assist service center in managing Shipping & Receiving Truck Appointments as well as the Dock Schedule.
• Travel as needed for projects and training.
