Other Specification
  • BBA / MBA graduate with specialization in Supply Chain or related field
  • Experience with Parcel rating, pick, pack & shipping expertise in a high-volume environment (preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of 3PL 
  • Strong ability to dissect and speak analytical information
  • Strong decision making, influence, and communication skills
  • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and similar office tools 
  • Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented 
  • Great business and leadership acumen

Job Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (any work hours beyond that will be paid in pizza & beer)


Job Description

  • Identify & implement disruptive ways of managing logistics for e-commerce in Nepal
  • Identify freight savings opportunities, time-saving opportunities, implement process changes, and measure and report results
  • Have knowledge of small parcel to large appliances carrier rates and services and leverage knowledge to properly support the business
  • Understand future state needs and assess gaps against current capabilities including process, technology and distribution infrastructure
  • Work closely with operations, CS, tech and sales and marketing teams to deliver the best customer experience 
  • Work with senior management in evaluating and selecting service providers
  • Maintain strong relationships with logistic partners
  • Lead the team of internal logistic coordinators, pick-up crews and coordinate with vendors & logistic partners to deliver the best customer experience
